CASE PRESENTATION: Twenty-three-year-old male, came with swelling left anterior side face, above 22. began 7 days earlier, patient had no other medical conditions diseases. radiographic shows radiopaque mass between root 22 maxilla, confluent large teeth zone. A radical approach was considered removal, regeneration techniques replenishment defect. CONCLUSION: only treatment cases radicular cysts.
